Myrna's lawyers in Mississippi told her Morgan's net worth far exceeds the $80 million initial estimate - and have told her that she can easily get from $120 million to $170 million.

And while $170 million is the high end of what Myrna stands to get, MediaTakeOut.com has learned that here are a few things that she's almost certain to get:

A $7 million home the couple shared in the Virgin Islands

A $5 million home in Alabama

And a $10 million Manhattan apartment

Morgan will likely keep the couple's Los Angeles home and their Mississippi home also.
