Fleet Graphics - Advertising Brain Freeze?

If you’re a business owner or a marketing coordinator, you understand the importance of advertising.  No business can succeed without advertising in some way.  Small local businesses may simply begin by advertising with a sign on the front of their building and the hope for passers by and word of mouth referrals.  Large companies may send out mass mailers, advertise on television and radio, and run ads in newspapers across the country.  A lot of advertising is now done strictly online, as well.  A surprising number of business owners, large and small, global and local, are utilizing vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics and fleet graphics as a powerful advertising method because its effectiveness far supersedes its cost.

If you are considering using fleet graphics for your business, it’s important to think beyond the obvious methods.  Depending on the nature of your business, driving your car with its flashy vehicle graphics around town, or sending your delivery trucks out on the highway with their fleet graphics on them may return excellent results.  However, whatever your business, there are always other more targeted methods that could increase your vehicle wrap ROI even more.

Consider tracking local events in your area of business.  If you own a career consultation practice or if you’re a life coach, be aware of local career fairs.  Career fairs can attract hundreds of people in a single day, and thousands over the course of a weekend, so take advantage of the targeted audience and drive or park your vehicle in the parking lot of the career fair.

If you own a financial services business, targeting bank customers may be a fruitful idea.  People exiting banks are either pleased with how much money they’ve saved, or they’re unhappy with their lack of savings.  If you specialize in both pulling people out of debt, as well as investments and stocks, then parking your fleet graphics directly outside of a bank could bring in new customers for you.

If you own a small, downtown, women’s clothing boutique, you may even want to target customers at the mall.  The difficulty for many downtown clothing boutiques is that shoppers often choose the simplicity of the mall where everything they need is in one location.  To draw customers to your boutique, you’ll have to catch their attention, and a bright, well designed vehicle graphic could be the perfect way to do so.  Parking or driving your wrapped car around the local mall could draw new customers who may not have found what they were looking for at the mall, or even customers who simply haven’t had their shopping fill for the day.

Literally any business that is utilizing vehicle wraps and fleet graphics should understand that they can target their advertising to a targeted market and further increase their success with vehicle wraps.
