The wide ranged marketing technique in which the events are realized by the customers and which installs the win-win belief system in them is known as experiential events. In what ways it is going to be useful for marketing and advertising a product? The events provides the audience real atmosphere and gives the experience based events to target customers. Through varied and diversified experiences, the audience will be accomplished to the changes and they are eventually ‘called to action’ by the approach. The techniques used in this process connects the products and services to the lifestyle of the audience and not stand midway making them just laugh and enjoy the approach. The customers will be given memorable experience that is not easy to forget and so the success of the strategy will bring about real changes in their life.

Many private companies engage third parties to act as a mediator for creating events and making initiatives as part of their marketing strategy. The strategies make use of physical behavior for leveraging the human potential and hence action based events occur. As a result there will be high level of success in marketing and eventually the product will be launched. Once the audience experiences something, it is difficult to forget. The ultimate result will be increase in profit and sales and many companies have doubled the profits within short period using this strategy.

Experiential events address directly to the senses rather than mind in many levels. It generates activation and recalling techniques and creates a big picture among the audience. This event involves the most pragmatic approach and awakens the needs in you. The aim is to make the audience feel the experience and sense it undoubtedly such that it stays ever in their memory. If you are marketing new perfume the approach should be giving a sachet of real perfume to the customers.

In the above example, each customer will remember the perfume evidently since they carry one pocket to their home and will admire the fragrance. The marketing approach should be creating real experiences rather than sensing them by audio and video. After creating awareness, you can enhance the advertising method by targeting other senses of the customer. This type of plan will be based on multi purpose strategies where the product can be targeted to one to one, and one -many customers. This approach is highly beneficial in places like exhibitions and tradeshows where thousands of people gather since one experience is always better than hundreds of words.
