Boiler parts is mostly used in chemical factories where it is uses to heat the water,liquid or any type of chemical.Boiler is made of various materials or metals like steel,copper or brass.There are several types of boiler available in the market.Like pot boiler, fire tube boiler, water tube boiler, flash boiler, fire tube boiler with water tube firebox, sectional boiler.There are various types of parts used and which makes perfect boiler. There are many part uses in the making of a boiler. Each part is necessary in boiler like for releasing pressure and in order to avoid explosion of boiler safety valve is required. So in boiler each part has its own importance. The works of various parts are as following: Water Level Indicator, used to show the level of liquid or water in the boiler. It is also known as slight glass through which a person can easily see the temperature of water. Flash Tank, used to transfer the high pressure blow down into vessel where this steam can be transferred into low pressure system. Hand Holes, used for inspections and installation of tubes and inspections of internal surfaces. Surface blow down line is used to remove the foam or non-condensable things that tend to float on water inside boiler. Chemical Injection line is used to add the chemicals into boiler or transfer into another tube. Desuperheater Tubes is a collection of tubes in the water designed to cool superheated vapour. Steam Drum Internals is a cyclone separator. Low Water Cutoff is used to shut off the fuel to the boiler to avoid it from running on one occasion the water goes under some point. Circulating Pump is used to circulate water or liquid to boiler later than it has barred some of its steam.
