6.Will there be any copyright infringement issues? Ask them to deliver you the licensing agreements.
7.Will your hard-earned money could be refund where there is unsatisfactory work?
8.What will be the design tool utilized for creating your logo?
9.Is the company office based or home based?
10.How can you contact with them if you require further modifications?

You must feed the preceding questions in your mind before reaching out to the logo designer; this will help you to get a close idea about the expertise of a logo designer. Everything in the world needs a proper homework which higher the overall success ratio, same is the case with logo designers; you need to focus on many aspects before approaching them finally.
