Last year MediaTakeOut.com was the first news source in the world to tell you that Sean "Diddy" Combs had fathered his 5th child (Chance Chapman Combs) with his 3rd baby's mother, Sarah Chapman. Now it looks as if the rap mogul may have number 6 on the way.

In another MediaTakeOut.com exclusive, we've learned that another woman is claiming to be pregnant with Diddy's child. That woman is a 24 year old blond from Long Island, New York. One of her friends agreed to speak with MediaTakeOut.com and fill us in on all the details surrounding the pregnancy.

According to the friend, Diddy's latest baby's mother is nearly 4 months pregnant. The woman tells, "It was scary for [her] at first. She had a difficult time deciding whether or not she wanted to keep the baby. But she's keeping [the baby] ... and they're both doing fine."

And the two are expected to be doing fine financially as well. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the young woman has reportedly hired a lawyer to "protect the interests of the child." The pal explains, "Everything is cool [between the woman and Diddy] for now. But she wants to make sure that things stay that way."
