A lot of companies that offer video conferencing these days eliminate the general concerns in using video conference i.e. cost, bandwidth availability and lack of technical resources. This means that even the smallest of organisation can afford to avail video conferencing. Aside from meetings, organisations also use video conference in conducting trainings, data sharing, recruitment and the likes. Indeed, video conferencing give companies flexibility in terms of managing, maximizing and utilizing its resources.
