When my laptop display broke one Tuesday afternoon, I was very surprised. I’ve had my laptop for over 4 years, so I was due for something to go wrong.
When I turned it on, it started as it normally does, but I soon became aware of the vertical, coloured lines all across my screen. I couldn’t see anything; I couldn’t even shut it down properly because of the coloured lines in the way.

They offered to collect it and return it to my home or workplace, then give it a free inspection and diagnosis. Not only this, but they offered to replace the screen the day that they received it and return it the same day. I thought they were bending over backwards just for me, but they try to offer this to everyone.
After having my laptop collected on Wednesday, I had it returned to me on Friday. Stress free and hassle free, I was delighted to have it back.
