Every business is in need to get their website designed sooner as they launch their business physically. Many businesses have enough budgets to launch their business physically first and then later when they find they have some extra budget, they go for website for their own business. All businesses know the business benefits for launching website. But they find it more difficult while choosing the right web designer who will fit in within their budget. So this article is an advice to the web designer and also to small business owners as to what we should look at while planning your website.

1) Indentify the core services: You being a business owner, you should think of all the services that your website should provide. List down all the points that your website will be serving to your website visitors. When you have this clear, you shall find the rest of the arrangements very easy to draft for your web designer. Web designer will try to understand most of many things what you want for your website design. But since you know your business better, you should note down everything as to what you want your website to serve.

2) Design with desire: When the first job of drafting the core services is done perfectly by the business owner. It is a duty of an experienced web designer to go through all the points drafted by the business owner. Clarify all the points with the business owner before you misinterpret any of the requirements to avoid any waste of time. Once the time is going and utilized there could only be worthless arguments that will lead you more in troubles only. Hence you need to understand what customer wants and design the site accommodating all the desires of the customer.

3) Program with passion: If it is an ecommerce website, you should see the website is properly coded and are fewer troubles later on. You yourself are going to manage the site and hence there should not be error in coding. Clarify the server customer is wanting to host its site. See if your programming language is supported by the server. There are instances, where people design and develop the site and later they know that the server that is hired to be hosted is not supported.

4) Deal with the pocket size: See what your client or customer is intending to spend on their new website designing and development. Try to deal with customers explaining the time you are going to spend on the entire website. Advise him what suits best for the budget they have. Try to be flexible on pricing considering recession in mind. This may help you later when the time is booming. Be easy and flexible on your client while winning.

5) After Sales Service: Make the site in such a way that the client can manage the website on their own. Offer them CMS.
