The Web Developer’s Role Is To Build And Maintain The Organization’s Web Sites. Position Requirements

* Ability to Create and maintain E-commerce sites.
* Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages And Tools, Including ASP, JavaScript, VBScript, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL Server 2008, Stored Procedures
* Thorough Understanding and Knowledge Of Application Development Methodologies, Database Development
* Develop, Code, Install, Test, Debug, And Document Web Applications Using Appropriate Editors.

* Comprehensive Experience With Structuring, Developing, And Implementing Interactive Corporate Web Sites.
* Identify, Recommend, And Prioritize New Web Features And Applications In Conjunction With Business Leaders And Department Managers.
* Ability to build SEO & Mobile Friendly Website, Increase Website Traffic, specially targeted traffic
* Optimizing a Website for Speed (Google Page Speed, YSlow)
* Update Web Pages To Ensure Site Accuracy.
* Diagnose And Troubleshoot Problems With Existing Web Applications And Sites.
* Work With Database Developer To Design, Develop, And Update Databases As They Relate To Web Applications.
* Ensure Security Of All Web Sites And Related Applications.
* Perform Periodic Web Site Audits
* Ability To Create And Maintain Complex SQL Data Queries
* Experience Working With SQL Server 2005/2008 And MS Windows Server 2003
* Experience Deploying And Maintaining Multiple Database Environments
* Excellent Analytical, Conceptual, Multitasking And Problem-Solving Abilities
* Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Project Leads, Developers, And Other Team Members
* Excellent Documentation And Organizational Skills
