A Connecticut family is grieving two brothers who died Tuesday after one was stricken while performing CPR on his unconscious sibling.
Bob Gilman, a 66-year-old home builder and construction company owner, found 53-year-old Dan Gilman unconscious and tried to resuscitate him. They both died in Bob Gilman's Bozrah home.
Dan Gilman, of Norwich, was a veteran lobbyist at the Connecticut state Capitol. For the past three years, he worked as a consultant to The Kowalksi Group in Hartford. Earlier in his career, he worked for U.S. Sen. Christopher Dodd and former U.S. Rep. Sam Gejdenson.
