Some 1294 rooms were added to Hotels Dubai room inventory between 2006 and the third quarter 2007 as six new four and five star hotels were finished. Another 30 hotels slated for delivery this year remain under construction.

Until recently, Gulf travelers formed up to 25% of the clients in Hotels Dubai, most of these having their annual summer breaks. However, this has gone up to 50% in the recent months.
