The rules set forth by the condo board are law and before you take a condo be sure to know these rules back and forth. There could be rules that don’t make sense to you or you don’t agree with. Regardless of that, if you choose to live there, you are agreeing to them. Not following them is frankly not an option or it will be much worse. Therefore be sure you understand every rule in detail. If for some reason those rules don’t go with your life, then find another place where you won’t be such a rebel.
