Let's face it. Accidents happen, despite your best intentions. Being stopped in traffic, with your signal on, doing everything you are supposed to do, only to have someone adjusting their GPS or sneaking a peak at their text messages pile into the back of your car, or T-bone you at an intersection. You could be walking along a restaurant floor and slip on the newly mopped ceramic tile after an employee neglected to put a cautionary sign in the area, alerting patron's to the hazard.
