It’s not an interview. It is an oral exam. So you have the opportunity to express your best. This is also an opportunity to know about the Company through the interviewers’ point of view. Show your best as your Mother asked to show-up in front of guests when you were small. Shake hands with eye contact, ask to be seated, and no need to fidget or wiggle. You should avoid scratching, playing with your hair or any such activity because this shows that you are not interested in this interview.
