Breakfast is the first meal of a day. It is the food that we take after 8 to 9 hours after last dinner. So, it is our duty to have a healthy breakfast if really we desire for a healthy life. It is our breakfast that decides our activeness in rest part of the day. Apart from this, a healthy breakfast will keep you away from diseases like obesity and diabetes. Deeming the importance of healthy breakfast in daily life, in this article, we have brought a few healthy breakfast ideas for you-
• You can have multi-grain cereal, strawberries, and low-fat milk is better for your breakfast.
• Brown rice is good for your health. It consists of vitamin B and fiber. Keep a bowl of rice at night for your breakfast. In the morning, fry the rice with honey, raisins, a cut-up apple, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
• Take fresh fruits.
• Have skimmed milk.
• Take only white part of the egg.
• Take a sip of green herbal tea.
• Take yogurt with sugar (in a less quantity).
• Have salads.
• Avoid smoking before your breakfast.
• Take gallons of water after ten to fifteen of your healthy breakfast.
These above-mentioned breakfast ideas will help you to be healthy and to abstain yourself from idleness.
