Samsung Galaxy Pop S5570 is an above average smart phone. It has a 3.14 inches TFT capacitive touch screen that has a screen resolution of 240x320. The best part of this smart phone is its touch experience. It works on the latest Android 2.2 operating software. This software enables the smooth operation of almost all the newest application that is in the market of late. For those who are satisfied with moderate uses without inclusion of heavy application required for gaming purpose this phone would be just perfect. However, those who intend to use heavy applications the phone would be slightly disappointing because it has a processor of only 600MHz and the capacity of RAM is just 292MB. One would just fall for this phone because of its awesome stylish design. It has a plastic feel which makes it easy to use and light in weight. The browsing speed is also comparatively good. It supports live wallpapers and has excellent user interface. The multimedia, calling, browsing and user interface offered by the Galaxy Pop is far better than those in the same price range. One can easily compare this model with the LG Optimus, Micromax, Andro and Spice Mi300. It is equipped with a special feature known as Swype that has enhanced the typing speed through its virtual QWERTY keyboard. Samsung Galaxy Pop S5570 offers an amazing 7.2 Mbps data speed on a 3G connectivity. It also posses Edge and GPRS support for internet connectivity on a 2G Network. It works on both 2G and 3G network with equal ease. Bluetooth and some other features of sharing enable easy transfer of information within the friends. The browsing experience with this model is indeed worth praising. The only drawback is with the Bluetooth connectivity which is available for 120 seconds only. The camera of this phone is really disappointing with no flash facility. It has a 3.15 mega Pixel focus camera with various shot options such as single, continuous, panorama and smile. The quality of the camera is good but not very impressive. The calling features are reasonably good with voice clarity and other calling features. The battery of this model is also not up to the expectations. You may need to recharge it almost every day. The capacity of Samsung mobile battery is kept just at 1200mAh. For an Android smart phone it should have at least kept it at 1500mAh. Battery backup is although very minimal but very bat at all. The sound quality offered by this model is also good and impressive. It is equipped with FM radio and supports all kinds of file formats. At a price below Rs 10,000 Samsung couldn’t have provided a better smart phone than this.
