A 24-year-old Everett man was arrested in the men's bathroom of the Everett Police Department, accused of attempting to sell oxycodone, said Sgt. Robert Goetz of the Everett Police Department.
Two plain-clothes officers from the department were in the bathroom when they heard the man answer his cell phone and attempt make a deal for the drugs, Goetz said.
The man made several other calls from inside the stall in an effort to sell the drugs, Goetz said.
When he exited the men’s room, the man was confronted by officers. When asked, the man told police he was trying to sell drugs and handed over his stash of drugs to the officers, Goetz said.
He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
