Families often struggle with space in every aspect of living. If you have a best hybrid crossovers for four or greater then you need space more than luxury or even efficiency when it comes to a vehicle. However having a big family can get expensive so fuel economy is important also. The market value of this vehicle is around 22,000.00 which is a very realistic choice for a family who needs to save money. It gets 20 miles to the gallon in the city and about 28 on the highway. It also seats five passengers, which makes this a pretty reasonable family crossover.However let's face it, if you need space for more than 5 passengers then perhaps you would be better off with one of the 3 row models out there. Try the Honda Odyssey on for size! The Honda Odyssey a 3 row SUV which seats 7 passengers and some claim as many as 8 in a pinch. This is a great vehicle for the price, starting at just a little under 27,000.00. The gas mileage leaves something to be desired with its 17 city and 23 highway rates. The 2010 model has a 3 zone climate control system and an integrated bluetooth system as well. This is a pretty decent vehicle for a road trip with the family.If you are going for long trips though, why not just cut gas out of the equation a little bit and get a hybrid. Save on the gas, and not sacrifice much as far as space is concerned. If this seems impossible, think again! Check out the 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid. The Ford Escape Hybrid although this vehicle only seats 5 it has to be my very favorite of the three. A hybrid SUV, who would have thought they could make one that wouldn't sacrifice performance for gas mileage. This monster will drive 34 mpg for the city and 31 on the highway, that is actually double the gas mileage that many traditional SUVs and Crossover vehicles offer. You couldn't ask for a better vehicle for a long road trip with the whole family. Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of space for your kids to stretch their legs.Finding the right vehicle for your family can be a very tough and lengthy process but one thing is for certain, there is a lot of information to be found on the best SUV and Crossover vehicles all over the internet. Make sure when you are about to buy, take a look at the user reviews on any model you are considering. You might save a lot of heartache by doing just a few minutes worth of research.
