Police pulled over a grandmother Tuesday in Lincoln and found methamphetamine in her purse, said Lincoln police.

Officers found straws in the vehicle's console that they said were used for ingesting the meth.

Officers also found Karen Davis' 5-year-old granddaughter and her friend unrestrained in the vehicle's back seat, police said.

Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance and child neglect. Another adult in the car, Angela Tierney, was charged with a felony warrant for shoplifting and for possession of a controlled substance
